OMG!!! Bull Terrier dental care question, pleeeeeeaaze!!!?

So I got this girl Bull terrier. Her name is Maria and she is almost 4 years old. I really don't like teeth much. They look sooo crooked and uncool. But I will NOT re-home her!!


How much it is to get my dog inexpensive dental braces?


Just plain braces, nothing fancy as I don't have $$$'s.

Reply:you need to call a veterinary dentist, have her evaluated for the type of braces and/or procedures she needs, and then you could get an accurate estimate.

Reply:OMG! it's a dog. you are that worried about a cosmetic issue?! if the dog can still eat and it is not effecting it's health, save it the stress of having to go through anesthesia or whatever else because you think he looks so uncool. your question and perhaps the manner in which you wrote it makes you sound like a selfish person. it is all part of your dogs individuality and makes her unique. i think it is kind of cute when dogs have funky teeth. gives them more personality. also if you don't have a lot of money you should be saving it for a rainy day when your dog may actually need it because vet bills can be pretty expensive.
Reply:As far as I know, they don't do braces for dogs. If there's something wrong with the teeth, they an be fixed but if they're naturally crooked and it's not causing a problem then don't do anything. Can you imagine what a dog would do to braces! Even if they did do them I can guarantee they would be VERY expensive as it would be such a specialist thing.





If you think it looks 'uncool', deal with it. Of course you're not going to rehome her, you didn't even have to point that out.

Buy some bling and get HelloSunshine (the premiere doggie dentist) to glue them to her crooked teeth. Diamonds or rubies (more like BLOOD, dig?) will do -- or glass ones, if you're on a budget. You can even get some gold caps -- hell yeah, bruthah!!
