I assume you don't have the dental care option through your work. This answer is not exactly a dental insurance answer, but may be helpful.
You can contact the local dental schools, and have your teeth worked on by a student dentist for a much reduced rate. Expect the appointments to take longer, because an instructor will be checking the work along the way. There are 2 Schools in your area.
