Im 15 and i live in florii da.i live with a negelctive parent and i need dental care imediately. please help.

i have an extra tooth growing in the back of my mouth that hurts very badly and sometimes interferes with eating. i need to get instructions on how to contact florida kid care, also, i need instructions on how i find out what forida kid care plan will include dental. i desperately need a tooth removed and to have braces. please, someone help me.

Go to the nurse or guidance counselor at school... your 'complaint' will be on your record, and will be followed up by your area's CPS (Child Protective Services) if not resolved in a timely manner.





Since you're a minor, you won't be able to get in to see someone on your own~ you need help with that. I'm not familiar with Florida Kid Care, but I'm sure you'll need a consenting adult to get you in...





No one should suffer like this.....

Reply:Contact the local equivalent of child protective services. Your nearest county office building will have someone who can help you find them.

Reply:Go to your school counselor. They can help you get in touch with the proper people and other aspects of your situation. Also, they may even be able to get you the paperwork and help you fill it out if your parent can't or won't. They are there to do what's right for YOU. Depending on where you are in Florida, I have a sister who may be able to help you out with some of this. I grew up in Florida but now live with my husband and kids in Minnesota. I've come to the conclusion that some people just weren't meant to be parents no matter how much they love their children, and sometimes the child needs to do what's best for them.
