The simple answer is no. A lot of people do get coverage from work, but even these people lose their coverage when they retire.
Do Canadians get free dental care?
If we are lucky enough to have a good Dental Plan with our jobs but usually even then it only covers basic dental.
Things like braces are usually only covered 50%
