What is BETTER MOTHWASH OR TOOTHPASTE FOR DAILY DENTAL CARE?

As long as you brush in a correct way the tooth paste isn't very important itself.but there are so many toothpastes in the market .you can choose any of them. note that some of them are made for some special diseases.

And about mouthwash,we do not recommend any daily mouthwash for healthy mouths.its not needed.

Don't forget to floss everyday.

What is BETTER MOTHWASH OR TOOTHPASTE FOR DAILY DENTAL CARE?
I prefer mouthwash over mothwash. The wings of the moths get caught in your teeth sometimes.
Reply:Fill a glass with half - hydrogen peroxide, one quarter Listerine, One quarter hot water. then soak the mouth as long as you can do a few times daily. It's the best.
Reply:toothpaste is more important. Mouthwash is useful only if you are using toothpaste
Reply:Both !! Also daily flossing will help against gingivitis.
Reply:never just use mouth was for the best clean brush 3 times a day for about 3 minutes and 2 times a day use mouthwash and 1 time a day floss. if its whiter teeth ur looking for get some HG Toothmouse it works wonders
Reply:Both brushing your teeth and mouthwash after

the brush are highly recommended. Note, I am

not a dentist nor a salesman and do not pay

attention to any TV ads. I am only a guy who

did not do as mentioned above and regret not

having gone through the routine, and there is

no road back. Also, please visit your dentist

once a year, or whenever in doubt or pain.

Please do not be careless, I know all about

the pain and cost of having been careless.
Reply:DON'T forget to floss %26amp; scrap your tongue too !!
Reply:I've been in the Dental field a long time. Here is what's up.

1. Brushing with or without toothpaste is key for avoiding cavities. The toothpaste simply just provides your teeth with flouride treatment.

2. Mouthwash is a solution for fighting bacteria build up in your mouth.

3. No one or the other alone is better than brushing.

4. Flossing in between your teeth helps fight against cavities forming between your teeth.

5. When using dental products, get the ones with the ADA square on it. These items have been tested and approved by the American Dental Association for safe use.
Reply:toothpaste
